AUTODOC opens in Szczecin

AUTODOC, Europe's leading online retailer of automotive spare parts, opened its new logistics hub in our park Szczecin last Friday. With the new building, AUTODOC triples its warehouse space operated in Szczecin to70,000 square meters. The 40,000 m2 warehouse, which has around 50,000 pallet spaces, is AUTODOC's largest warehouse to date.

Our partnership started in 2017 with a lease of only 10 000 sqm. Today, Accolade is the largest investor in Szczecin in terms of warehouse space, and AUTODOC is our biggest tenant.
