No space empty in the Karlovarská Business Park

The very last manufacturing or storage space in the Karlovarská Business Park is now occupied. The new tenant is L. A. Fuel Print & Fulfillment s. r. o., which processes, prints and distributes personalised marketing materials in Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. It can send from Prague three to five million envelopes.

“This is yet another proof that the Karlovarská Business Park belongs to the best business properties on the Czech market, as its area of 20,000 square metres is now fully leased out. We have 12 tenants in the Park at present. They operate in logistics, and there are even retail areas in the Park,” says Lukáš Répal, Accolade Group’s Asset Management & Acquisition Director.

“We decided to move to a better place,” says Cesar de Ghouy, Executive Director of L. A. Fuel Print & Fulfillment. “Accolade offered us space with better technical equipment in the Karlovarská Business Park and a better price of the rent, so there was nothing more to think about. We are moving there in May,” adds de Ghouy.

“Our offer, tailored to the requirements of L.  A. Fuel Print & Fulfillment, included several sites mainly in Prague West and other places near the city. They finally chose the last free unit, 1,500 square metres in size, in the Karlovarská Business Park, and another 250 square metres of office space.” says Jana Slavíková, Senior Consultant in the Industrial and Logistic Property Department of the JLL Company.

The Karlovarská Business Park is jointly owned by the open-ended unit trust Conseq Realitní and the Accolade Group. It stands at the site of former coal depots, from where coal was delivered to Prague. The premises are perfectly accessible for both cars and trucks, and they also include a public transport stop. The current tenants in the Park include EvoBus, selling and servicing Mercedes-Benz and Setra buses; Lindab, which develops, makes, sells and distributes the products and systems that simplify construction and optimise indoor climate; LifeSport, exclusive representative of the KETTLER brand; Fresenius, global leader among the providers of products and services to persons with chronic renal failure; 3. Princova, skiing gear retailer and wholesaler; EXX, designing and building interiors and  lighting systems; Megadyne CZ, making  driving belts; Schenck Process, producer of alternative fuel systems for industry and energy; the SeCesPol – CZ manufacturer of heat exchangers; the LOG-IN logistic company; and Conseq Investment Management.
