The building is a standalone build-to-suit factory built for ALPHA Corporation. This company builds directly on the history of FAB, a company found in 1911. FAB originally manufactured building, mortise and furniture locks, and later added locks for the automotive industry. In 1996 FAB merged with ASSA ABLOY, and twenty years later FAB became a part of the Japanese ALPHA Corporation, a leading supplier of innovative solutions for vehicle locking and security systems.
