As a part of our long-term ESG commitments, we are proclaim the United Nations' principles and goals. We firmly believe that their development is a way to achieve better and more sustainable future for all of us.

Responsibility is an integral part of our corporate culture and we endeavour to meet it every day. Our priority is to be a trustworthy, responsible and transparent company that applies the principles of sustainable development in the areas in which we operate. For many years we have been engaged in philanthropy, we act in a way that is responsible towards the environment and, last but not least, we think of our employees, for whom we endeavour to create a healthy environment, equal opportunities, and support their training.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY in every aspect of the business

We invest with respect for the world around us, and our parks meet the highest standards for modern development. We always plan our projects such that they comply with BREEAM sustainable approach certification, which guarantees a high level of environmental friendliness and consideration for the work conditions of employees, as well as energy self-sufficiency. We take inspiration from industrial tradition and one of our objectives, aside from developing new locales, is revitalisation of disused grounds.

RESPONSIBLY MANAGED COMPANY WITH transparency and fairness

A clearly defined strategy, transparency and proper company management. We are fully aware of the responsibility we have towards our business partners, investors and employees. We treat everybody in a professional and open manner, always following our rules. Each of us takes care to ensure that their activities are in line with the principles of fairness and transparency.

The Accolade Group implemented a special Criminal Compliance Program. It includes the Criminal Compliance Code and the Code of Ethics. These documents present the measures to prevent crime and unethical practices – such measures apply to all individuals working for Accolade.

The biggest mural in Accolade: Park Białystok II

Poland

The latest work created under the umbrella of the Accolade Industrial Art initiative has 700 square meters. The mural in Park Białystok II is yet another example of cooperation between Jakub Bitka and Łukasz Chwałka. We have created nine such projects altogether, including 5 in Poland and 4 in the Czech Republic.

Accolade Actively Engages in International E-Waste Day t Celebrations

Around the world, less than 20% of electronic waste is recycled. In Europe, each of us produces approximately 16 kg of e-waste annually, of which only about 7 kg is collected and processed. We want to change these proportions, which is why we have joined forces with our employees and partners in celebrating International E-Waste Day .

Care, cooperation and sustainability: Accolade for Mińsk Mazowiecki

As part of employee volunteer work initiative, 20 of our representatives took part in the clean-up project of Park Dernałowiczów. Five of them cycled back to Warsaw to further strengthen their commitment to natural environment and their sustainable mindset. The initiative under our ESG strategy was organized in cooperation with the Public Utilities Department in Mińsk Mazowiecki.

ACCOLADE FOR THE YOUNG ENVIRONMENTALISTS FROM ZIELONA GÓRA

Poland

During their visit at the park, students participated in workshops held by a beekeeper. Sixty students, aged eleven to thirteen, had the chance to learn about the lives of bees, as well as to understand their importance for the natural environment. One of the main attractions was a presentation of the tools beekeepers use in their work. Students also learned about honey production methods.

Our art collection is growing!

Accolade Industrial Art brings another mural to the industrial park – this time in Gorzow Wielkopolski, this is already our fourth mural that brightens up industrial spaces in Poland. We are thrilled to see how they become the favourite eye catcher for our tenants and make a positive difference to the landscape. The artwork, like other two on water tanks in Zielona Gora and Minsk Mazowiecki, was designed and created by two recognized mural artists – Jakub Bitka and Łukasz Chwałek.
