Prague Business Park is a brownfield investment of the Group. It is currently granted an EIA environmental permit and is proceeding with the next phases of the construction permit. With a total of 56,609 sq m it will be an industrial space suitable for logistics and manufacturing. The park is unique in its location within the city and accessibility, both within the city and on important highways in the Czech Republic. The park is aiming for a BREEAM sustainability certification at the level of “Excellent”, which ranks above average.

Excellent traffic connection to the Prague Ring, which is 1.5 km away, and the Václav Havel International Airport is 35 km away. The trip to the city center takes 25 minutes. The Park has a great connection to all important motorways in the republic: D1, D5, D6, D8, and D11.  

The German border is 180 km from the Park, the Polish border is 130 km away, Plzeň is 105 km away, and the second largest city in the Czech Republic, Brno, is 200 km away. A mass transit stop and railway stop are located near the Park.
