Office Assistant (part time)
Accolade is an investment company that invests in modern industrial parks that are also environmentally friendly. We started our business in the Czech Republic, but we are constantly expanding and now we are already in Poland, Germany, Spain and other European countries. And we have other big ambitions!
We are looking for Office Assistant for a part time position to join our passionate and dedicated team in Poland, which shares a desire and enthusiasm to co-create the future of sustainable European business.
What will be your role?
- Take care of reception duties and ensure smooth functioning of the office – supervise the stock levels of food, office and equipment supplies; place orders, maintain clean and tidy office spaces.
- Welcome guests and help create a professional and friendly company image.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and distribute documents among departments, organize the documents in the appropriate format, maintain order on online drives.
- Coordinate documents flow - scan, copy, log documents, obtain signatures and track their progress. Share documents with external and internal partner.
- Ensure smooth communication between our Polish branch and Prague headquarters for all admin-related tasks.
- Organize internal and external meetings – contact third parties, manage calendar in MS Office and conference rooms, arrange catering and supplements when needed.
- Help organizing business trips, including accommodation and travel arrangements (flights, hotels, etc.).
- Support the Office Manager and work closely with the Office team.
What skills and experience should you have?
- High school degree (university degree is a plus).
- Interest in helping and supporting your colleagues in office management related tasks.
- Previous experience in administration or office management is an advantage.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on finding solutions.
- Great organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Reliability, independence and commitment to delivering quality work.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Word, MS Outlook) ability to learn new systems and interested in further development.
Work Set-Up:
- We are looking for someone who can dedicate 20-30 hours per week – the exact number of hours is flexible based on your availability and preference.
- Availability on Mondays is preferred, as the office tends to be busier at the start of the week. Beyond that, the schedule can be adjusted according to your availability.

Aktuálně rozšiřujeme náš Accounting tým a rádi bychom přijali kolegu/yni, který/á si vezme na starost účetní a reportingovou agendu.
Jaká bude tvoje role?
- Ve spolupráci s kolegy kompletní vedení účetnictví a daňové agendy několika společností (interně účtovaných).
- Pravidelné závěrky, inventarizace účtů, příprava finančních výkazů s přílohou.
- Příprava přiznání k DPH a ve spolupráci s daňovým expertem i podklady/přiznání k DPPO, k dani z nemovitostí.
- Komunikace s externími účetními společnostmi, které vedou účetnictví Accolade společností v ČR a jejich koordinace.
- Komunikace s auditory a daňovými poradci, s ostatními odděleními Accolade u přidělených společností.
- Spolupráce na rozvoji Reporting.cz a automatizaci přehledů (nad fakturacemi, nad SERV spol. apod.).
- Ad hoc reporting, rozvoj procesů a spolupráce v rámci celého oddělení Accounting.
- Úzká spolupráce s ostatními odděleními v rámci celé společnosti – podpora ostatních týmů svou znalostí účtovaných společností a projektů.
Není potřeba se znát vše, důležité je zájem se učit a posouvat se v těchto oblastech dál. Vše ostatní tě naučíme a nikdy na to nebudeš sám/sama.
Jaké zkušenosti a znalosti bys měl/a mít?
- Máš praktické zkušenosti s účetnictvím.
- Dokážeš pracovat samostatně a kolegové se na Tebe můžou spolehnout.
- Umíš pracovat s nástroji MS Office (především Excel).
- Nedělá ti problém pracovat v různých systémech a softwarech.
- Umíš plynule česky a angličtinu máš na středně pokročilé úrovni.
- Máš přesah do reportingu a zájem zlepšovat účetní procesy a reportingové nástroje ve firmě.
- Výhodou ti bude zkušenost s prací v Heliosu či Reporting.cz.
