An advantage of the Park is its connection to the automobile industry in the Czech Republic, 15 kilometers from the Prague border and 35 kilometers from Mladá Boleslav. Thanks to the nearby D10 motorway, the trip from the Park to the Škoda Auto car factory takes less than half an hour. The D10 motorway leading from Prague to the North also provides a connection to Liberec and to Germany and Poland. The Brandýs nad Labem railway station and Kasárna city bus stop are within walking distance of the Park.
