Park characteristics
Park Cheb East II is part of an industrial zone in the Karlovy Vary Region, in the immediate vicinity of the village of Okrouhlá. The project follows the first phase (Accolade Funds Park Cheb East), completed in the first half of 2024, and is located within the same building with a total area of 80,000 sqm. The second phase itself comprises 18,200 sqm with a permitted clear height of 12.6 m, offering space for logistics and manufacturing. The current tenant of the building is tyre manufacturer Goodyear.
The Cheb industrial zone ranks among the leaders in sustainability. The entire project targets BREEAM certification at the Outstanding level — the highest achievable rating. The park is situated outside the village, minimising its impact on the surrounding area.
