Park Cheb South is a brownfield investment at the site of a former engineering plant. 90% of all construction and demolition waste was recycled and reused during the construction of the new park. The park comprises some of the most ecological industrial buildings in the world, which received a sustainability certification at the level of “Outstanding” with a record score over 94%. Furthermore, the park uses rainwater for flushing, the windows are shaded by blinds and the surroundings feature beehives, an insect hotel and an outdoor gym for employees.

The A9, A93, A4, and A72 motorways ensure great access to Germany. The I/21 road connects Prague and Nuremberg and leads to the D5 motorway.
Accessibility

There are public transport bus stops about 100 and 200 m from the park. European railway corridor from Prague to Nuremberg passes through the city and the railway connection with the border areas of Germany and the Czech Republic is ensured by a local line. The container terminal in the German town of Hof is 54 km away.
