Park Bratislava North II is designed as an industrial complex with three buildings covering a total area of more than 46,000 sqm. It is also Accolade’s first investment on the Bratislava market.

Its first completed, fully leased hall offers over 20,000 square metres with an innovative side loading system and a special white façade that reduces the indoor temperature by up to 7°C in summer. The building has been awarded BREEAM New Construction – Excellent certification, which the rest of the park also aspires to.

The complex also has charging stations for electric vehicles, hidden underground retention tanks, wildlife habitats and a relaxation area with a workout facility available to employees.

The necessary permits for the potential construction of other buildings in the park have been secured.
