Accolade Earns Two Prestigious CIJ Award Nominations this Year
Accolade Group’s two projects have been nominated for the 2015 CIJ Awards. The two projects that have made it to the elite shortlist in the industrial categories are the construction for Linde Pohony, part of KION Group, in Panattoni Park Stříbro located at Ostrov near Stříbro, and the building for Simoldes Plasticos at Rychnov nad Kněžnou.
It’s a fantastic recognition of the hard work of our team. And it confirms the excellent cooperation between us as the investor and Panattoni Europe as the developer,” emphasised Milan Kratina, Chairman of Accolade Group’s Board of Directors. He explained that as far as the KION construction is concerned, the Accolade Group remains the owner and lessor of the building, whereas in the case of Simoldes Plasticos the Accolade Group prepared the land at Rychnov nad Kněžnou where a new plant was then built for the Portuguese company, which is now its owner.
The Accolade Group, together with the global developer Panattoni Europe, has built seven large industrial projects. Accolade Group’s current portfolio includes four industrial buildings rented out to tenant companies – Assa Abloy at Týniště nad Orlicí, Ideal Automotive, Leoni and Linde Pohony (part of the KION Group) at Ostrov near Stříbro; other premises are under construction at Cheb. In addition, the Accolade Group has prepared the land for building a Simoldes Plasticos plant at Rychnov nad Kněžnou and a Steelcase plant at Ostrov near Stříbro.
