Accolade once again a proud partner of the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival

For the fifth year in a row, Accolade Group is a proud partner of the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, which is back to its regular programming in the first week of July. By partnering with the festival, Accolade is happy to be able to support Czech culture. “We are honoured to be a partner of the Karlovy Vary IFF, one of the most important cultural events in Central and Eastern Europe, for the fifth time. An investor in industrial real estate should strive to care not only for the immediate neighbourhood of its projects but also for the wider community, including its cultural and social development. That is why we can’t wait to once again be part of this traditional highlight of the year in western Bohemia, where we have our most successful parks,” says Milan Kratina, CEO of Accolade. 

Accolade's activities in the Karlovy Vary region go beyond the film festival, spreading out throughout the year and in different areas of the region. The group is a major investor there, having developed industrial parks near the towns of Cheb and Ostrov u Stříbra. Currently, it is developing another one right next to Karlovy Vary. Accolade’s presence in the region significantly contributes to its economic growth and overall attractiveness. In addition to its regular business activities, Accolade places emphasis on being a good and responsible neighbour in places where it operates. It has been a long-term partner of the Cheb theatre, St. George's Hospice and Joker social services, for instance. The group has also contributed to the installation of Havel’s Place in Cheb as part of a series of park installations in the country and abroad commemorating the famous first president of the Czech Republic.
