During the 7th Real Estate Industry Leaders Meeting organized by Rzeczpospolita, we discussed development prospects, investment opportunities and the near future of the warehouse market in Poland. Our Managing Director in Poland, Jarek Wnuk, emphasized that Accolade is growing, especially in the Polish market. "Although most of our industrial parks are located across the western border, we also invest east of the Vistula River. Our success is the result of our experience and ability to realistically assess the situation in Central and Eastern Europe," Wnuk said.

Wnuk added that ESG commitments are also critical to Accolade. Our dedication to sustainability and environmental protection is evident in all aspects of our investments, and receiving the recently earned BREEAM Outstanding certificate for our park in Szczecin confirms that Accolade`s efforts have been recognized.
