Accolade was a partner of Eurobuild conference in Bydgoszcz
Is Poland a good destination for investment in the warehouse sector? What investment formats are the most attractive, and what are the barriers to the industry's development? These and many other questions were answered by experts during the "Magazyny AD 2023" conference organized by Eurobuild CEE in partnership with Accolade, BAAR and Bydgoszcz city where Accolade is the biggest warehouse investor in the region.
The meeting was attended by leading market experts, including Jarek Wnuk – Managing Director of our company in Poland. The discussion covered the current state of the warehouse sector as well as future directions for its development. The discourse also covered issues related to the relationship between investors, local authorities, and tenants.
“The logistics and production sector plays a crucial role in the commercial real estate industry across many European countries, particularly in developed ones. At Accolade, we aim to go beyond simply ensuring exceptional property occupancy and quality, and instead leverage our asset management expertise to help our tenants grow. Thanks to our in-depth knowledge of the local market, we are able to make reasonable and long-term decisions regarding the parks in which we invest. We choose strategic locations such as Bydgoszcz, as well as those close to the eastern border, such as Świdnik. We know that after the end of the war in Ukraine, the role of the Polish warehouse market will increase even further.” – said during the panel, Jarek Wnuk, Managing Director of Accolade in Poland.
We would like to thank the other participants on the panel for their energetic and engrossing dialogue: Patrycja Dzikowska, Rafał Bruski, Jarosław Czechowicz, Marcina Sabala and Tomasz Gnich. We appreciate the chance to engage in discussions on the pressing challenges affecting the commercial real estate landscape in Poland.
