During this year's MIPIM, the eyes of the global real estate industry were focused on Poland, one of our key markets. Joanna Sinkiewicz, Group Commercial Director at Accolade, participated in the panel "Poland: Europe's fulcrum for talent & opportunity?" where discussions revolved around the future of investments in this country.
Despite certain geopolitical challenges, Poland's situation suggests that we can anticipate further growth both in the main five markets and in smaller ones, which are Accolade's priority choice. As a long-term investor and owner, we strongly believe that building strong relationships with local communities and creating a business-friendly environment, as offered by cities like Szczecin, Białystok, Bydgoszcz, and Lublin, is crucial for the development of our tenants, Joanna Sinkiewicz said during the discussion.
