Sustainability isn't just a goal for us; it's the core of our business strategy. As an active player in the development of modern industrial parks across Europe, we are proud to announce our own Green Finance Framework.
Completion of this document marks a significant milestone in our commitment to sustainable development and responsible financing. It has been carefully crafted in collaboration with esteemed external consultants, law firms, and our banking partners, particularly Komerční banka. The framework describes the stringent environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria that underpin all our projects. Its credibility is further supported by an independent assessment from Morningstar Sustainalytics, a globally respected firm specializing in ESG research and ratings.
Launching of our Green Finance Framework not only aligns with the European Commission's legislative package on sustainable finance from 2023 and the recent MEP agreements on ESG evaluation parameters but also signifies a major leap towards fully integrating sustainability into our financial operations. Our message is clear: sustainability is more than a buzzword; it's a tangible, actionable philosophy that guides everything we do. Through our Green Finance Framework and the projects it supports, we are setting an example for the market, demonstrating that sustainable development is both achievable and essential for the future.
