The Accolade marketing team welcomes new members. It will be led by experienced strategist Eduard Piňos
Accolade, a leading European player in industrial and logistics real estate, is strengthening its marketing team. Eduard Piňos has joined as Chief Marketing Officer, bringing over 18 years of experience. In recent years he has focused primarily on global marketing strategies, heading up several multinational teams. Alexandra Drozdová and Joanna Niemirska are also new to Accolade, with the latter strengthening the Warsaw office.
“We chose the candidate for the position of CMO very carefully. The Group’s continued growth places specific demands on consistent coordination and management across markets, but we also wanted the new CMO to fit in with our team. Expansion was key for us in 2023 and we want to continue in this spirit. That is why I believe that Eduard’s experience working on multinational projects will help Accolade grow sustainably and will be a significant asset to us,” said Lukáš Répal, Accolade Group’s Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining Accolade, Eduard Piňos led a number of international agency and in-house projects. With his teams, he was involved in creating marketing strategies for global companies such as Coca-Cola and Škoda Auto. “For me, Accolade is an example of an extremely successful company that has sustainability and ESG principles firmly rooted in its business strategy despite its dynamic growth. I believe that my experience with large brands on a global scale, which includes working with highly diversified target groups, will help Accolade in its further international growth,” said Eduard Piňos, adding that his priority now will be to set an overarching marketing strategy with an emphasis on international expansion and the acquisition of new investors in the Accolade Industrial Fund.
The Accolade marketing team has also been strengthened in the Group’s Prague office by Alexandra Drozdová, who has more than 10 years of experience in the PR environment. In the past, she worked at AMI Communications and Best Communications, in the latter of which she held the position of Account Director for over three years. Her portfolio included local and international brands mainly from the real estate, logistics and retail sectors. At Accolade, her agenda includes coordinating external communications activities, including PR, social media management, events, sponsorships and CSR collaborations.
Joanna Niemirska, who has been working in real estate for 14 years, has joined Accolade’s Warsaw office as a senior marketing specialist. Prior to joining Accolade, she worked as a marketing manager at Colliers, one of the world leaders in real estate services and investment management.
“I am convinced that such a significant strengthening of our marketing team will contribute to the greater visibility of the Accolade brand in all markets where we are present. Eduard, Alexandra and Joanna bring not only valuable experience but also a fresh perspective that will help us communicate our vision and values even more effectively,” concluded Lukáš Répal.
