The 10th anniversary of The CEE Summit was held in Warsaw.

As every year, it provided an excellent opportunity to analyze the market situation in Central and Eastern European countries and exchange experiences and best practices in the real estate sector.

The 10th anniversary of The CEE Summit was held in Warsaw.

This year, Accolade partnered with the Breakout Sessions "Warehouse & Logistic Sector, leading CEE locations". During her speech, Joanna Sinkiewicz, Group Commercial Director at Accolade, presented the key issues regarding this reagon's role in the global supply chain, including the growing role of Adriatic countries as the main logistics hubs. Joanna also showcased our debut project in Croatia. By joining the EU, Eurozone, and Schengen Area, Croatia has become a true game changer, and Accolade sees the value of investing in the emerging markets.

A significant part of the session was dedicated to the growing role of nearshoring and friendshoring. These strategies are recognized as critical for enhancing the resilience and efficiency of supply chains, especially in the context of recent global disruptions. The emphasis on nearshoring and friendshoring reflects a strategic shift towards more localized and politically stable supply chain solutions, which are crucial for the future growth of the logistics sector in the CEE region.
