Accolade strengthens its presence in Spain with the appointment of Celia Osca as Project Manager
Celia Osca, with a background in companies such as CBRE and international experience in architecture firms, will bring both her technical knowledge and market expertise to supervise and coordinate projects of the Czech brand, ensuring efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
Accolade thus reaffirms its commitment to the Iberian market (Spain and Portugal), driving Accolade's projects in the different national markets where it operates.
Accolade, a pan-European investor in sustainable industrial and logistics parks, strengthens its commitment to the Iberian market with the appointment of Celia Osca Guadalajara as Project Manager for projects in Spain and Portugal.
The incorporation of Celia Osca represents a decisive step in the consolidation of the team in the Iberian Peninsula. An architect from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV), where she also completed the International Master's degree in Real Estate Sciences, Real Estate Investment; she also holds a Master of Architecture (MArch), in addition to an academic stay at the Technische Universität Graz (Austria).
On a professional level, she has extensive experience at CBRE, where she worked in the valuation, management, and advisory of real estate projects. Previously, she developed her career in Austria at the architecture studio Riegler Riewe, where she broadened her vision of the sector from a global perspective.
Osca will bring her technical and market knowledge to supervise and coordinate Accolade's initiatives in Spain and Portugal, aligning them with the quality, efficiency, and sustainability standards that characterize the company, as well as in the analysis and initial valuation of assets thanks to her commercial background.
In recent years, the company has established itself as a key player in the European industrial real estate sector, with a presence in 8 countries and a portfolio of 66 industrial parks totaling more than 3.5 million sqm of gross leasable area. In Spain, where it has been operating since 2020, the company has developed four industrial parks in Picassent (Valencia), Seville, Vitoria, and Burgos, totaling more than 102,000 sqm and hosting tenants such as Bridgestone, Jysk, Rhenus, BoxonTech, Kromberg & Schubert, and TXT.
