Park Cheb East
Park Cheb East will be part of an industrial zone in the Karlovy Vary region, not far from the village of Okrouhlá. Construction work is currently underway and the park is expected to be completed in early 2024. With its 80,000 square meters and permitted net height of 12.6 m, it will offer premises for logistics and production. The industrial zone in Cheb is one of the leaders in sustainability and Park Cheb East will significantly strengthen and expand the Karlovy Vary infrastructure with its parameters. The park will aim to achieve an Outstanding rating in the prestigious BREEAM green certification. The park will also benefit from its location outside the village, near a class 1 road and within a short driving distance to the D6 motorway.
