Park Ostrov North

Park Ostrov North will consist of two buildings. The smaller Building 1 was completed in early November 2023 and obtained the prestigious BREEAM green certification in the Excellent category. Building 2 is being implemented in two phases – Phase I was completed in 2025, and the completion of Phase II is planned for 2027. With its 124,081 m² across two buildings, it will offer space for logistics and production. Building 2 aims to obtain the prestigious BREEAM green certification in the Outstanding category.

The project is being developed on the site of the former Škoda factory, where extensive brownfield revitalization has taken place.

The site is in a very attractive location in the Karlovy Vary region, close to the German border and with good connection to Prague (the E442 and E48 roads and the D6 motorway).
