BTS Kladno

Kladno

With a current area of nearly 16,000 sqm, the BTS Kladno park is located in the immediate vicinity of Prague and is fully leased to Hanon Systems, a major Korean manufacturer of parts for air conditioning and cooling systems for automobiles. In addition to the already completed building, a new hall of almost 20,000 sqm is currently under construction for the same tenant and is expected to be completed next summer. The entire project is designed in accordance with the high standards of modern and sustainable industrial buildings. The new hall will include, for example, heat pumps, a photovoltaic power plant and solutions for the environmentally friendly management of rainwater. Kladno, the largest town in Central Bohemia, provides a full infrastructure not only for the company but also for its employees.
