Donja Bistra

Accolade Park Zagreb North is the first complex in our portfolio in this region and also the first in all of Croatia. Spanning a planned 315,000 square meters, the complex will offer industrial space suitable for logistics, light manufacturing, and e-commerce to future lessees. The park stands out due to its highly attractive location and will be situated in the lucrative economic area of Bistra, approximately 13 kilometers from Zagreb and 8 kilometers from Zaprešić.
