Park Pilsen Digital

Park Pilsen Digital is a unique modern and sustainable project, which is being built on a brownfield within the former Škoda Plzeň site. It offers excellent infrastructure for hi-tech manufacturing and research and development. The site is surrounded by existing industry and has excellent accessibility to the D5 motorway connecting Prague and Germany. The connection to the D6 motorway allows for continuation across Germany to France. The Václav Havel Airport Prague is only a 60-minute drive away. Thanks to the Czech Railways railway network, the park is connected by a local siding to the industrial zone. The construction of the buildings minimizes the environmental impact and aims for BREEAM New Construction "Excellent" certification.
