INTRODUCTION

Accolade has established an integrity line (the “Integrity Line”) and implemented various channels for handling whistleblower reports in accordance with applicable whistleblower protection laws. The Integrity Line operates as a confidential service available to whistleblowers 24/7, maintained and managed by an independent provider, with reports investigated by internal competent persons. Users of the Integrity Line may remain anonymous, unless this conflicts with local laws.

The Integrity Line is available to anyone who, in connection with their work or similar activities performed for Accolade, has become aware of illegal activity, including business partners, tenants, suppliers, customers and representatives. In particular, the Integrity Line can be used to report suspicions of the following types of illegal activity:

  • violations of EU law,
  • criminal offences – including theft and fraud – or misdemeanours,
  • violations of Accolade’s policies and procedures,
  • bullying, harassment, discrimination or substance abuse,
  • violations of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulations,
  • violations of rules relating to privacy, personal data, and network and information system security,
  • risks to the health and safety of individuals,
  • damage to the environment,
  • violations of other legal obligations,
  • attempts to suppress or conceal information relating to the above.

The Integrity Line is available via the following link.
