ThinkCo report: "Warehouses in the ESG" with our participation
The premiere of the latest report addressing sustainable development in the logistics sector just took place in Warsaw.
The report presents the situation on the Polish warehouse market and raises issues regarding the standards that modern warehouses should meet to address the current and future needs of tenants.
During the discussion accompanying the premiere, Joanna Sinkiewicz, Group Commercial Director at Accolade, pointed out the importance and complexity of certification, which is one of the key indicators of sustainable development. Accolade is a pioneer in this process, as we were the first in Poland to obtain the BREEAM certificate at the Outstanding level for an industrial park, which is Park Szczecin III. We are also the owner of one of the highest-rated facilities of this type in the country, Park Konin.
