Accolade and Conseq Join Forces to Acquire BTS Warehouse from 7R
Accolade, an international investor in the industrial real estate sector, in a joint venture with Conseq, has acquired a BTS warehouse from 7R, a developer of high-quality commercial properties. The transaction confirms forecasts of growing investor activity in the warehouse market.

7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I has been fully leased by Aluprof, a leading manufacturer of aluminium systems in Poland. The property offers over 20,000 sqm of production and office space, tailored to support the company’s key business operations, including warehousing, manufacturing, and transportation. The facility has been fully customized to meet the tenant’s functional and technological requirements, ensuring operational efficiency and providing a modern, safe working environment.
The location in Międzyrzecze near Bielsko-Biała offers excellent transport connectivity, thanks to its proximity to major transport routes, supporting the efficiency of Aluprof’s logistics operations. The building has been awarded a BREEAM certification at the “Very Good” level.

The majority buyer in the transaction is Conseq, which acquired a 90% stake. The seller was advised by the law firm SKJB Szybkowski Kuźma Jeleń Brzoza-Ostrowska sp.k. Conseq and Accolade were represented by Norton Rose Fulbright. Accolade has taken on the role of Asset Manager.
