We are looking for skilled juniors for this position who have a technical, economic and legal awareness, are familiar with the permission process or have experience in designing. But more important than experience is the desire to work, the willingness to develop and the effort to contribute with your performance to the success of the whole team. The key characteristics of the ideal candidate are a proactive approach to the entrusted projects and the ability to work independently and at a fast pace.

Your responsibilities:

  • Searching for and evaluating new locations and opportunities
  • Managing projects in their entirety, i.e. from finding a site to the permission process and construction to the final handover to the tenant
  • Negotiating with landowners, designers, technical supervisors, construction managers, relevant state administration bodies and engineering infrastructure managers, as well as with top managers of our tenants
  • Creating and managing the financial budget of the project, controlling costs
  • Cooperation with the finance department in ensuring bank financing
  • Cooperation with the Senior Project Manager, performing partial tasks based on his assignment
  • Creating reports, preparing business sections of contracts
  • Searching for and processing information from public sources
  • Cooperation with other departments


What we require: 

  • College/university education in construction or business
  • Basic knowledge of zoning and construction law greatly appreciated
  • Excellent communication and argumentation skills
  • Responsible approach to tasks
  • Ability to learn and work independently
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, even in stressful situations
  • Knowledge of English for orientation in contract documentation and for general communication

Job description:

  • Providing financial and analytical support on a daily basis

Job description:

  • support the Asset Management Team and the managed portfolio;
  • complex management of small projects (redevelopment, technical installations, investment projects) in all its phases: tender, contractor selection, supervision over works implementation, preparation/coordination of the necessary documentation (visualisations, expertise, permits), cost control, approval of works etc;
  • negotiations and communication with all the parties involved in the construction process e.g. designers, general contractor, project manager, inspectors, relevant state administration authorities
  • creation, control and optimisation of investment budgets;
  • snag removal control;
  • issuing opinions on technical documentation (including offers, design documentation, tender documentation)
  • coordination of periodical technical audits in cooperation with inspectors, preparation of reports;
  • preparation of schedules for technical and warranty audits;
  • management of the General Contractor's securities;
  • developing, in cooperation with other departments, a coherent Accolade branding (branding, landscaping elements, small architecture features, park surroundings)
  • optimization of technical specifications of real estate
  • bringing ideas and implementation aiming to improve energy efficiency of buildings and decrease carbon footprint
  • long-term investment planning in line with company strategy;
