Accolade continually reviews and implements industry best practices with respect to governance and compliance and has adjusted its internal practices to meet international standards.
Accolade adheres to compliance legislation and the applicable EU laws and rules in all jurisdictions in which it operates. Accolade has adopted a comprehensive Code of Conduct, along with updated policies covering in particular, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, data protection, whistleblowing, sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR), human rights and human capital, non-discrimination and diversity, political involvement and business partners relations. In order to fulfil these principles, Accolade requires its business partners to adhere to these rules Accolade deems fundamental.

Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption
Accolade’s anti-corruption and anti-bribery policies meet both legal obligations and ethical standards and protect the company‘s material and moral integrity. Accolade makes it clear to its clients, suppliers and employees that corruption or other unethical behaviour is not and will not be tolerated.
Employees must not engage, directly or indirectly, in any transactions that could lead to a conflict of interest. Employees are required to refuse any intervention, coercion or influence that could jeopardise the impartiality of decision-making in the affairs of customers or third parties.
Employees cannot accept from and offer or give any gifts or hospitality to third parties if not reasonable, proportionate, suitable for the given situation and in accordance with internal policy.

Whistleblowing
Accolade encourages its employees and other individuals to report suspected illegal or inappropriate conduct or matters that are contrary to Accolade‘s policies and values.
Accolade has set up Ethics Line and implemented processes to address whistleblowers’ reports. The Ethics Line ensures high level of whistleblower protection as well as systematic investigation, and a timely response to a report in accordance with the local legislation.
