We would like to inform you about Accolade’s internal whistleblowing system and the available channels through which you can report any suspected illegal or unethical behaviour related to Accolade’s activities.
Please note that the following provides only general information about Accolade’s internal whistleblowing system in English. For more detailed information on local whistleblowing systems, please refer to the country-specific sections of our whistleblowing website.
Rest assured, every report will be handled in accordance with the local laws. If your report involves multiple companies in different countries, you only need to file it once and it will be properly handled in accordance with local laws of all relevant jurisdictions.
You may file a report anonymously. However, revealing your identity can assist in a thorough investigation, as it may allow the competent persons handling the report to request additional information. If you choose to remain anonymous, please provide as much relevant information as possible.
WHO CAN FILE A REPORT?
In general, reports can be filed by all natural persons who have become aware of an illegal activity in connection with their work or similar activity performed for Accolade. Reports may be also filed by business partners of Accolade such as tenants, purchasers, suppliers or agents.
The report may be also filed anonymously. However, the knowledge of whistleblower’s identity is preferred to collect as much information and materials related to the case as possible and perform high quality investigation.

WHAT TYPES OF CONCERNS CAN BE REPORTED?
You can report any potentially unlawful conduct that has occurred, is occurring, or is expected to occur at any Accolade company.
However, the scope of reports may vary by country and could include unethical behaviour. For more information, see the country-specific sections of our whistleblowing website.
Please be aware that filing a knowingly false report may be considered an offense under applicable laws.
HOW CAN YOU SUBMIT A REPORT?
You can submit a report in writing via the Integrity Line portal.
There may be additional reporting methods such as reporting directly to competent persons; please refer to the country-specific sections of our whistleblowing website for more details.
Additionally, you can report matters falling under local whistleblower protection laws to the relevant local authorities, as listed on the country-specific sections of our whistleblowing website.
WHAT PROTECTIONS DO YOU HAVE WHEN SUBMITTING A REPORT?
In accordance with the applicable laws, Accolade offers protection from retaliation to the reporting persons and persons involved in the investigation. Retaliation could include termination, pay reduction, coercion, discrimination, or other actions as defined by the relevant whistleblower protection legislation. Your identity (if disclosed) and the contents of the reports are only accessible to authorized competent persons bound by confidentiality, even after their employment or cooperation with Accolade ends.
