Currently, our operations in Poland are expanding dynamically and when a company grows this fast, the finance team really matters. Therefore, we're looking for a detail-oriented, curious person to join our Warsaw Accounting & Controlling Team. If you're just starting out and want to learn how finance works in a real, international business environment, this role is a great place to begin.
Processing incoming invoices in MS Dynamics and checking them for accuracy and completeness.
Supporting the invoice approval process and helping with related updates.
Communicating with vendors and colleagues when needed to clarify discrepancies.
Assisting with KSeF access setup for internal and external users.
Helping with collecting tax residency certificates from foreign contractors.
Providing support with signing and archiving financial statements and other documents.
Cooperating with external accounting firms on document flow and payment processes.
Taking part in activities aimed at improving and simplifying financial processes.
Working closely with the Warsaw team and finance colleagues in Prague.
Supporting the team with other finance-related tasks as needed.
You are studying or have already graduated in Finance, Accountancy, Controlling, or Economics and can work on a full-time basis.
Very good analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a high standard of accuracy.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to organize your own work, set priorities effectively, and deliver results both independently and as part of a team.
Positive and proactive attitude with an appetite for learning and developing.
Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. MS Dynamics and Power BI are an advantage.
Native Polish and fluent English (B2/C1).
