Asset Manager

A fast-growing industrial real estate company looking for an Asset Manager to the Asset Management department.

We are looking for an Asset Manager who has real estate awareness and is interested to become part of the fastest growing industrial real estate company in Poland. The main objective of the role is to support the team of asset management.

Job description:

  • Build a successful strategy for an allocated portfolio to secure business goals.
  • Be responsible for asset value and active management of the assigned portfolio.
  • Coordinate implementation of the asset management department projects.
  • Manage smooth cooperation with external service providers.
  • Create, control and review annual budgets.
  • Undertake regular asset reviews and detailed analysis.
  • Build and maintain successful tenants and contractor’s relationship.
  • Prepare necessary performance reports of portfolio.
  • Supervision of leasing and technical processes.
  • Manage valuation proces.
  • Support of day-to-day work of the Head of Asset Manager and Country Head in the development of the company.
  • Continuously develop market knowledge and terminology.
  • Provide excellent quality, quick and responsive services.
  • Other duties if requested.

We require:

  • Experience on the commercial real estate market (over 3 years).
  • Educated to BA degree level or equivalent.
  • Ability to take responsibility and ownership for one’s actions.
  • Solution-oriented, proactive approach.
  • Cooperation within business environment (commercial/service).
  • Customer relationship management experience.
  • Understanding of the industrial real estate market.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
  • Good analytical and IT skills (excellent knowledge of MS Office).
  • Advanced knowledge of English and Polish.

Junior Accountant

A fast-growing industrial real estate company is looking for a Junior Accountant.

We are looking for a junior colleague who has economic and preferably also real estate awareness (detailed knowledge is not a must) and is interested to become part of the fastest growing industrial real estate company in Poland. The main objective of the role is to support the team of accounting and reporting.

Job description:

  • Support of day-to-day work of the accounting and reporting team;
  • Posting the journal entries, purchase, sale invoices and bank statements;
  • Participate in month-, quarter-, year-end closing;
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc analysis and reports;
  • Work together with other colleagues on quarterly investors NAV reporting;  
  • Performing vendor payments;
  • Working closely asset management team and providing accrual information to the local accounting office;
  • Co-operation with the colleagues from CZ on gradual updating of intercompany loans across the group
  • Keeping an agenda of bank confirmations for treasury transactions entered into in PL, LEI codes for the individual group entities in PL, etc.
  • Other duties if requested.

We require:

  • University graduate or close to graduation
  • Specialization in one of the following areas: Economics / Finance / Accounting 
  • Ability to work under time pressure; 
  • Good analytical and IT skills (excellent knowledge of MS Excel).
  • Min. 1 year of experience in Accounting
  • Advanced knowledge of English and Polish
  • Accuracy, Quality, Engagement.
