As an Energy Manager you will be working on various project to develop and implement energy strategy and improvements throughout Accolade`s portfolio of industrial properties in Europe, mainly in the Czech Republic. Role Responsibility:

  • Understand the group`s strategy, objectives and tactical requirements;
  • Analyse and develop strategies for all energy sectors;
  • Oversee and project manage the delivery of energy related projects as part of the environmental strategy;
  • Targeting energy audits and surveys to ensure compliance and identify improvements;
  • Work closely with the Development and Asset Management team to provide technical engineering support and implementation to our clients relating to energy efficiency as part of asset lifecycle, projects and estates strategy;
  • Review and manage the delivery of the monthly management report;
  • Develop supplier relationship to manage delivery of energy improvements and report on progress made;
  • Provide detailed professional and technical advice regarding the operation and maintenance of the energy consuming infrastructure to deliver optimal carbon and energy efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma, preferably in Technical University and other related fields or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typical Experience: 

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Energy Management
  • proven ability to work effectively

Languages: 

  • English – advanced or preferably proficient
  • Czech – native speaker

  • support the Asset Management Team and the managed portfolio;
  • complex management of small projects (redevelopment, technical installations, investment projects) in all its phases: tender, contractor selection, supervision over works implementation, preparation/coordination of the necessary documentation (visualisations, expertise, permits), cost control, approval of works etc;
