Power BI & Reporting Specialist

We are looking for a Power BI & Reporting Specialist to join our passionate Asset Management team, which shares a desire and enthusiasm to co-create the future of sustainable European business.  

 

What will be your role? 

  • Working on the development and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics in Poland and cooperating with other Accolade’s offices .
  • Preparing, developing and maintaining Power BI reports.
  • Managing, controlling and updating the data in MS Dynamics.
  • Proposing new optimization and suggesting improvements in reporting within both MS Dynamics and Power BI.
  • Working closely with our external partner Data Brothers (Power BI software partner). 

 

What experience and skills should you have? 

  • Experience with Power BI, including creating and managing reports.
  • Advantage is having a practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, including working with data and supporting processes.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with other MS Office tools.
  • Ability to identify issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Careful attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting and data handling.
  • Good written and spoken English for communication with international teams.

Project Administration Coordinator (ESG & Development team)

What will be your role? 

  • Keeping things running smoothly by handling day-to-day admin tasks.
  • Taking care of contract paperwork and building related documentation—recording, filing, and keeping everything organized.
  • Updating and managing building and construction related data in our internal system.
  • Following internal processes and suggesting improvements if you spot a better way to do things.
  • Helping the team by researching and checking important information (like cadastral maps, zoning plans, and contract details).
  • Collaborating internationally, as the ESG team operates in all countries of Accolade portfolio.

 

What experience and skills should you have? 

  • Ongoing studies or a completed degree in sustainability, ESG, enviromental engineering, civil engineering, spatial planning or any other related area is an advantage.
  • Interest in starting your career in ESG, project management or asset management.
  • Previous experience or interest in Real Estate and ESG is a plus.
  • Fluency in Polish and communicative English – you will use both languages on a daily basis.
  • Very good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (mainly Excel).
  • Ability to cooperate within a team while being responsible for your tasks and agenda.
