Your job responsibilities will include: 

Junior Manager FP&A is capable of cash flow projections, he/she knows basic accounting principles (balance, cash flow, P&L, general ledger) and he/she has knowledge of general tax effects (tax depreciation, income tax). 

Within the junior role he/she would develop/gain experience/skills in fields ("tasks"): 

Transfer tax 

Purchase price calculation and purchase price reconciliation 

IAS 40 fair market value reporting and RICS valuation principals 

IFRS transformation from local GAAP 

Structuring of investment (SH loan evidence, interest accrued distribution) 

PropCo IRR calculation 

NAV reporting of the sub-fund of Accolade SICAV 

Properties portfolio stress testing and its performance projection 

Trailer fee calculation and distribution fee calculation 

 

Experienced Manager FP&A is a valuable team player within the whole Financial Department and in general, is able to play together with the Controlling and Reporting team and Project Financing team to successfully close more complex cases. 

Controlling and Reporting Team: 

Co-operation on the implementation of the MULTICASH electronic banking system for all Accolade entities and data feed to the internal database and accounting software 

Co-operation on setting up automated data downloads from MULTICASH in a format that will enable further processing of the data internally in Accolade 

The data feed from the bank accounts will be used (i) to upload respective data to the loan database and (ii) to enable high level control over all entities, their cash income, and cash outflows 

Co-operation on the NAV process - making sure all stakeholders get the data in time to finish the quarterly NAV reporting of Accolade Industrial Fund in time 

 

Project Financing Team: 

Bank financing of the projects during the development as well as investment phase 

Initial review/preparation of the project budgets 

Preparation of bank drawdowns and respective info packages for the banks 

Monitoring of bank covenants and reporting to the banks 

Communication with external valuation experts and project monitors 

 

Skills and requirements:

Speak English at a communicative level

Marketing Coordinator in the Czech office in Prague

We offer the opportunity to work in an inspiring environment in one of the fast-growing investment companies in the commercial real estate sector. We are looking for a candidate with at least 3year marketing and PR experience on a similar position who would be based in the Prague headquarters office and support the marketing team with regard to Accolade marketing and communication activities in several European markets.

The candidate should be native Czech with excellent language skills (besides perfect Czech he/she should also be on a very good level of English) with enthusiasm to work with marketing texts and simple graphic matters. The scope of work will be:

  • External communication – cooperation on the preparation of traditional marketing activities (ATL, BTL), their optimization, and other marketing activities leading to the visibility of the brand on European markets
  • Internal communication – cooperation on the preparation of corporate content for internal channels
  • Marketing materials – preparation of materials promoting the company or its products
  • Website management – regular update of website content and its improvement
  • Events – support in the preparation of internal and external events (invitations, materials, branding)

  • Close cooperation with all other departments

The scope of work will be:

  • Experience in a similar position at least 2 years
