Summary of the first half of 2023!
In Poland, we lease 1.3 million sqm of warehouse space to our tenants located in 26 modern parks. In the first half of 2023, we continued to grow our business. What have we achieved during these 6 months?
- We leased 185,000 sqm of warehouse space
- We maintained our leading position in several regions, including Western Pomerania, Kuyavia-Pomerania, Lubuskie and Podlaskie.
- We have consistently followed the principles of sustainable development, gaining BREEAM certifications for our parks and engaging with local communities.
- We achieved a historic success: we won Poland's first BREEAM Outstanding certification for an industrial building.
