Goodbye June – and hello holidays!
Before setting off on our summer adventures, we decided to build on last year’s success and organized Children's Days over the past few weeks at our Prague and Warsaw offices. Not only did the young visitors get a chance to see where their parents work, but they also had fun and learned something new and useful!
In Prague, the Accolade kids had the opportunity to meet real four-legged heroes: assistance dogs, and learned how they help their owners in everyday life. They also enjoyed a magic show, a drawing competition, and a special play area was prepared for the little ones.
In Warsaw, we invited a firefighter and a student of Emergency Medical Services (in one person) to talk to the children about what it takes to become a firefighter and what their daily duties look like (including trying on some authentic gear). And our special guest also taught them the basics of first aid.
