Elbląg is the second-largest city in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. It is located close to modernized national roads leading to Warsaw, Kraków, and Kaliningrad. The planned construction of the canal on the Vistula Spit will soon provide access to the Elbląg port and allow for more dynamic development of the city in terms of investment.
