Sevilla

Sevilla, Spain

Seville is the largest city in southern Spain. The logistics market in Seville with its almost 700,000 inhabitants has long been overlooked by investors and there is only a minimal amount of modern logistics space in the locality. In combination with excellent access to the airport, it is a very attractive location for settlement or expansion. The A4 (Madrid-Cádiz) and A49 (Seville-Portugal) motorways provide excellent transport links to the rest of Spain and Portugal, and the A66 motorway connects Seville with all of western Spain and Asturias to the Atlantic Ocean.
