What to expect:

What can you expect from us?

Project Manager

What will be your job:

  • Supporting the Asset Management team and the managed portfolio from a construction and technical perspective
  • Comprehensive management of smaller projects (building, reconstruction, etc.) in all its phases: commissioning and controlling the preparation of all necessary documents (PD, studies and visualizations, expert opinions), tendering of contractors, supervision of engineering, supervisors and other construction participants, construction implementation (participation in KD), handover and acceptance of construction, approval
  • Negotiations and communications with designers, TDI, construction contractors, and, where appropriate, with the relevant government authorities and utility infrastructure managers, etc.
  • Financial supervision of the project - budget creation and control, invoicing
  • Coordination of annual technical audits of construction in cooperation with TDI, description of quality deficiencies
  • Implementation of findings from technical audits into the company's Construction Standards (WhiteBook)
  • In collaboration with TDI, ensuring the course of the complaint procedure with building contractors - notification of defects, inspection, and acceptance of defects removed, reporting, in partnership with the legal department, application of contractual claims for defect removal
  • Evaluation of tenders for construction contractors, preparation of purchase orders and SoD (in cooperation with the legal department)
  • Coordination of the uniform appearance of the surroundings of the buildings - collaboration in the creation of design and branding of parks, making the surroundings of the buildings more attractive (orchard landscaping, garden visualization)
  • Solution of buildings in terms of energy efficiency and environmental impact, analysis of the possibility of drawing subsidies
  • Long-term planning of investments and reconstruction projects of the company

What we require from you:

  • A university degree in civil engineering or technical engineering
  • Experience in project management in a similar position
  • Basic knowledge of permitting processes and construction law is a great advantage
  • Excellent communication and reasoning skills
  • Responsibility, independence, reliability
  • Communicative knowledge of EN
  • Driving license with Sk. B
  • Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and BIM is an advantage

Marketing & PR Director

Your job responsibilities will include the following:

  • Preparation, planning, implementation, and re-evaluating of the company's marketing strategy.
  • Setting up the strategy and aligning the marketing and PR goals and activities within all countries where Accolade is represented (CZ, SP, PL, NL, DE, SK, HR) and countries where Accolade plans to expand.
  • Promoting marketing activities towards the business (providing all forms of sales support for the entire company portfolio)
  • Bringing creative ideas to support and promote the company brand, keeping up with the European market's marketing trends, and continuously developing a new approach.
  • Setting up the company-wide marketing budget
  • Working closely with raising and business teams and helping to achieve company goals.
  • Analysis of the industry trends of European competition in the market and their marketing strategies.
  • Coordinating all advertising and promotion methods in the company, including coordinating promotional activities with other company teams (e.g., business, economic, operational, etc.).

Skills and requirements:

  • Experience as Head of Marketing or a similar role.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.

Project Manager

Job description:

  • support the Asset Management Team and the managed portfolio;
  • complex management of small projects (redevelopment, technical installations, investment projects) in all its phases: tender, contractor selection, supervision over works implementation, preparation/coordination of the necessary documentation (visualisations, expertise, permits), cost control, approval of works etc;
  • negotiations and communication with all the parties involved in the construction process e.g. designers, general contractor, project manager, inspectors, relevant state administration authorities
  • creation, control and optimisation of investment budgets;
  • snag removal control;
  • issuing opinions on technical documentation (including offers, design documentation, tender documentation)
  • coordination of periodical technical audits in cooperation with inspectors, preparation of reports;
  • preparation of schedules for technical and warranty audits;
  • management of the General Contractor's securities;
  • developing, in cooperation with other departments, a coherent Accolade branding (branding, landscaping elements, small architecture features, park surroundings)
  • optimization of technical specifications of real estate
  • bringing ideas and implementation aiming to improve energy efficiency of buildings and decrease carbon footprint
  • long-term investment planning in line with company strategy;
