Prague Business Park is a brownfield investment of the Group. The project is phased and is being permitted in individual stages. Currently, it has been granted an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) permit, and the permitting process is underway for Phase 1, which includes Buildings 2–4. Further development of the site will be subject to permitting in subsequent phases. With its 44,770 m², the park will offer industrial space suitable for logistics and manufacturing. The location is unique due to its position within Prague and its accessibility to key motorways in the Czech Republic. The park is targeting BREEAM sustainability certification at the "Excellent" level.

Excellent traffic connection to the Prague Ring, which is 1.5 km away, and the Václav Havel International Airport is 35 km away. The trip to the city center takes 25 minutes. The Park has a great connection to all important motorways in the republic: D1, D5, D6, D8, and D11.  

The German border is 180 km from the Park, the Polish border is 130 km away, Plzeň is 105 km away, and the second largest city in the Czech Republic, Brno, is 200 km away. A mass transit stop and railway stop are located near the Park.
