The second phase of the Kojetín industrial park follows the successful redevelopment of the neglected brownfield of the Kojetín sugar factory, during which a unique multi-story logistics building for Amazon was built in the first phase. The second phase of the Kojetín industrial park project offers a total of 36,273 m² of leasable space with a building height of 17 m to the attic, providing an above-standard clear height of 15 m for the leasable area.
The project, like the first phase, will be located on the site of the former Kojetín sugar factory and was closely consulted with the city management and citizens of Kojetín during the permitting process. The industrial park is designed with regard to the efficient use of the already implemented transport connection, with separate freight and passenger transport. The project includes the development of a large publicly accessible park with extensive tree planting, terrain waves, and the construction of a children's playground and workout area. The office spaces of the park are designed with regard to the orientation of the cardinal directions for maximum natural light and increased comfort for the building users. The Kojetín 2 Industrial Park will aspire to obtain the BREEAM New Construction sustainable approach certification at the "Excellent/Outstanding" level.
