Park Podbořany is going through the building permit phases and we currently have a final planning permit. With a total of 38,029 square meters, it will be an industrial space suitable for logistics and manufacturing. The park will be a great opportunity for a qualified workforce in the Ústecký Region, where the current unemployment rate is almost 8%. The park is aiming for a BREEAM sustainability certification at the level of “Excellent”, which ranks above average.
