Park Cheb East is part of a new industrial zone in the Karlovy Vary region, not far from the village of Okrouhlá. With the planned area of 80,000 square meters and permitted net height of 12.6 m, it will offer premises for logistics and production. The first stage (60 000 square meters) has been completed. Thanks to its parameters, the park will significantly strengthen and expand the Karlovy Vary infrastructure. The park is among the best in terms of sustainability and aims to achieve an Outstanding rating in the BREEAM certification. The park also benefits from its location outside the village, near a class 1 road and within a short driving distance to the D6 motorway.
