Accolade Industrial Fund hits the top spot of a prestigious real estate fund chart
Real estate funds have become popular among Czech investors in recent years. In addition, they have proved to be a particularly profitable investment this year. It is therefore a great honour for Accolade to be ranked as no. 1 in the Top Real Estate Funds chart, in which the Hospodářské noviny daily analyses and collects data in cooperation with the Institute of Strategic Investments at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the University of Economics in Prague. Looking at individual categories, Accolade trumps all other funds in 12-month return, number of investors and average annual return over 3 years. It also has the highest real estate value.
