Accolade in a sustainable society
We believe that joining the Czech Green Building Council is another important step towards a sustainable approach and the responsible environmental behaviour that is present in all our activities. We appreciate the warm welcome from the other Council members and are proud to join a group of companies that are committed to environmental protection. Issues of sustainability and maximising operational savings are resonating more and more deeply across society.
We are therefore pleased to be able to draw inspiration from the pioneering methods of companies that are at the cutting edge of sustainable construction and we believe that sharing our own knowledge will also benefit others. For example, in the field of brownfield redevelopment, which accounts for more than one third of our portfolio, or in terms of drinking water management and the use of renewable resources.
"The ambition of our parks is to be energy efficient, with the aim of becoming as self-sufficient as possible and potentially even producing more energy than we consume in the future.
