Another milestone for Accolade Industrial Fund!
1.5 million m² – that's the current leasable area that Accolade Industrial Fund has surpassed by adding four premium industrial and logistics parks, worth over 271 million EUR, to its portfolio. The parks in question are the two in Szczecin (Zalom and Kniewska), Górzow Wielkopolski, and the newly completed distribution centre in Kojetin. The fund can therefore consider itself one of the largest real estate funds in Central Europe! There is further good news in terms of valuation – in the first six months of 2022, the fund’s value reached 5.45%, which corresponds to an expected annual growth of 7%.
Diversification and tenant reliability are key factors in ensuring stable returns over the long term. "The 1.5 million m² of leasable space that we own, along with our investors, is a pleasing figure. We believe that we will continue to significantly grow the fund in the future through further acquisitions. This will continue to strengthen the stable income from rents – positive news for investors," said Milan Kratina, Chairman of the Board of Accolade Industrial Fund and Accolade CEO, on the expansion of the portfolio.
