The best industrial and logistics site? That doesn't sound bad, does it!
It's time to celebrate! The expert jury at the 24th edition of the "Best of Realty" competition has chosen our recently completed park in Kojetin, in the Přerov region, as the best project in the industrial and logistics site category. E-commerce giant Amazon moved into the park this September.
"We feel a great sense of joy and pride as we see this as a kind of end to our journey, where as an investor we have been able to create large and sophisticated industrial sites for such significant tenants, as in this case," said Accolade CEO Milan Kratina.
The award for Accolade was presented to Tomáš Procházka, CFO of Accolade and Martin Makovec, Senior Project Manager, who both participated in the successful implementation of this winning project together with the entire team, at yesterday's gala evening in Prague's Forum Karlín. A big thank you also goes to Amazon, Panattoni, Goldbeck, Rota Group (Jiří Jirků), Grinity, CBRE, GLEEDS, Havel Partners and město Kojetín.
