Demand for vacant space still going strong!

Just compare the 460,000 m² of newly let space across Europe over the last six months to the 150,000 m² signed during the second and third quarters of 2021. The increase is driven by the continued geographic expansion of our portfolio and a strong interest from tenants.

"The high hundreds of thousands of m² of newly let space with a significant rental growth demonstrate that even in turbulent times, more companies from the industrial, logistics and e-commerce sectors are coming over here and expanding. Tenants are investing heavily in automating their operations, often in the billions of Czech crowns. This is the next technological revolution," said Milan Kratina, CEO of Accolade.
