We are strengthening our position on the Iberian Peninsula
After opening our regional office in Valencia last year, we are pleased to announce that our industrial park in the same city will be rented by popular furniture chain JYSK.
In a fast-growing part of the sunny Spanish city called Picassent, our new tenant is now occupying all of this modern space in the industrial estate of the same name, composed of two buildings and boasting a total area of 20,000 m2. The Danish company is planning to open more than a hundred brick-and-mortar stores in Spain and Portugal over the next three years, and we are ready to lend a hand in fulfilling these ambitious plans. The strategic location of the site, in the proximity of key transport hubs and the nearby port, will certainly prove beneficial in this endeavour.
