Jarek Wnuk attended the Real Estate Market Forum in Sopot
Last week, we attended the Real Estate Market Forum in Sopot. We presented our vision for the development of the warehouse sector in the Central Europe region, with a particular focus on Poland. We discussed forecasts and trends for the coming years.
"We are convinced that investment in modern industrial parks is the future of the European economy. In the near term, Poland will remain an attractive investment market for the industrial and logistics sector due to its relatively low operating costs, highly skilled workers and strategic location. Our business strategy is based on investing in both traditional and modern industrial locations, as we recognize their potential even at an early stage of development. Our regional approach to investment also sets us apart." - said Jarek Wnuk, Managing Director Poland at Accolade Group, during the debate.
