Accolade strengthens its presence in Spain with the appointment of Eduardo Feliciano as Business Director
Accolade, one of Europe's leading investors in the industrial real estate sector, has appointed Eduardo Feliciano as Business Director to manage the company's growth in Spain and Portugal. From Accolade's Valencia office, established in 2022, Eduardo will manage commercial operations, asset acquisitions and business development in the Spanish and Portuguese markets.

With over 10 years of experience in international companies and a specialized focus on real estate, capital markets, investment strategies and market expansion, Eduardo will be responsible for managing business strategies, identifying investment opportunities, and leading the local team. In addition, he will strengthen partnerships with financial institutions and relationships with key players in the sector.
"After several years of working in the logistics and industrial real estate sector in Spain, I am delighted to join Accolade and contribute to its growth in this key market. I am motivated by the opportunity to work with a highly qualified team and continue to strengthen the company's position in the region," said Eduardo Feliciano, who previously held Capital Markets roles at Savills and Cushman & Wakefield, both of which specialize in investment operations in Spain.
Lukáš Répal, Chief Operating Officer at Accolade, expressed his confidence in the new team member: "We are very happy to welcome Eduardo to our team. His extensive market knowledge and ability to manage strategic growth will be critical to Accolade's continued success in Spain. This market is a priority for us and we are confident that it is in excellent hands."
Since entering Spain in 2020, Accolade has consolidated its presence with four completed projects in Picassent (Valencia), Vitoria, Seville and Burgos. The company continues to expand with two new projects in Valencia, Alzira and Murcia, where negotiations are currently underway with tenants ahead of the start of construction, which will be a tailor-made asset.
