POLSIF Green Finance Award for Accolade’s Project – Park Szczecin VI
We are delighted to announce that our project in Szczecin (Dunikowo) has received the POLSIF Award for Best Sustainable Financing. The investment was developed by Accolade and financed through a Green Loan provided by BNP Paribas Bank Polska. The financing is classified as “green” – the funds were dedicated to solutions that deliver tangible environmental improvements to the building, in line with the EU Taxonomy (the European framework defining which investments can be considered sustainable).

The building features an on-site photovoltaic installation, smart systems that automatically manage energy consumption, lighting that operates only when needed, and water retention solutions that help cope with both drought and heavy rainfall. The result: lower energy use than required by regulations, reduced operating costs, a smaller carbon footprint, and better working conditions.
